Rebound Training
Takes place in Erpingham Village Hall on Thursday evenings at 7:15pm
Rebound involves a series of exercises performed on small individual trampolines. The sessions, in addition to being great fun, work the whole body including internal organs, muscles and skin.

- The Village Hall is the location of the Erpingham Multi-use Games Area (MUGA)
The Committee run regular events to raise funds for improvements and would welcome new ideas and fresh faces to help. There is a 200 Club which is an important source of funds for the Village Hall. It costs 25p per week and has £5 and £10 prizes every month, and a maximum prize of £150 twice per year. There are usually a few numbers available. Contact Jan Jeavons, 761620.
The Hall is available to hire for children’s parties, etc.
