Walking Football

Takes place at the Erpingham Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) on Wednesday mornings at 10am.

Walking Football was initially designed to help get the over 50s back into football and exercise. However, we welcome men and women of all ages and abilities to our sessions, where the slower pace means less risk of injury than in conventional soccer. Play the game you love but with less chance of injury. It’s a great way to keep fit, learn skills, have fun and socialise all at the same time.

Come along and try it! Evening sessions are a possibility, subject to demand.
